I bought a Happy Meal and got a toy I already had, so I asked the employee if I could exchange it for another one. They were really nice and exchanged it for a different toy. But guess what? I already had that one too! So, I asked the same employee if there was another option, and I mentioned how much I liked the toy on display. Even though they didn’t have the exact toy I wanted, the employee went above and beyond and gave me the one from the display. Their effort to make me happy truly turned my Happy Meal into a super-duper happy meal!
